Your Mission

We are now looking for a teacher for teaching in grade 3. We are looking for someone who is confident in their role and, of course, places the needs and conditions of the students at the center. You are engaged and flexible with good collaboration skills and have a positive attitude. You have the ability to create good interactions and to collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Requirements for the Position

• Basic teacher degree and teaching license. It is also possible to be considered for the position if you are awaiting your license.
• Good knowledge of the school's governing documents and experience working based on these.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
• Ability to create good relationships and have a clear and professional approach in dialogue with students and guardians.
• Adapts teaching at the group level to give all students the conditions to develop as far as possible based on their circumstances.
• The position requires that you work Wednesday to Friday every other week and Thursday to Friday every other week to complement an existing teaching position of 50%.

Meritorious:

• Education with a focus on Math/Science and English.
• Experience working in grade 3 and planning for and conducting national tests.
• Education, good knowledge, and experience of diabetes.
• Knowledge of and experience working with evidence-based school models for preventive and health-promoting work (for example, PALS).

To obtain employment, a police record extract must be presented.
